I would like to point out that in Part one, Dreamth is not a word. Dreamt or Dreamed should be used in place of Dreamth.

thats some pretty nifty stuff, there.
part two reminds me of starcon2 a bit too much, but i don't guess that there are many who are old enough to remember that.
i do have one point that i'm not clear about:
if all aliens have colonies of the pionic microbes within them, why arent all of them psyonic? is it the alien itself that launches psionic attacks, or is it the colony?
if it is the colony - how can humans use psi-amps to launch attacks?
when an alien is controlled - is it the alien that is controlles (blocking the colony off), or the colony itself..?
