Guest Roderick87
After such a long time, I've thought about starting a new campaign ("No! The PAIN!!!") and even though I already beat the game, I'm still curious about two things: - Is there any country that is immune to infiltration as Russia was in XCOM1? - This is probably one of the dumbest questions I would be able to ask but, are you related in any way to the Ufopaedia? Or is it a project by any other forum? I'm asking this because I think it should be nice if there was a section in which the TFTD terrain types were shown and somewhat described, just as in the XCOM1 terrain types section. And maps for terror missions (especially ships and alien colonies) would be really helpful.
[NKF]
From what I can tell from the discussions that about the matter, Russia was just a fluke. On the other hand, you won't necessarily lose the game if all the countries withdraw as long as you do well and stay out of the negatives both score-wise and money-wise. As for the Ufopaedia.org - it's hosted on Strategycore.co.uk, this forum's companion site, but it's an open project for anyone who wishes to contribute to it. I am one of the moderators there. The TFTD and Apocalypse sections need a lot of attention. However I spend more time blocking spambots and tending to minor details than editing it these days due to lack of time. We need more active writers... - NKF Edited January 10, 2011 by NKF
Guest Roderick87
Maybe I could give a hand with that, but I'm not a native speaker, I only beat the game once and I don't even know how to mess around with the data files to extract the maps (if that's the way it's done).
