I can start the game up and see the world screen, and if i hit one of the time buttons i can see the lighting change over time like its supposed to i guess. However, If i click on any of the menus, nothing happens. The date and time never update, and I can't make a base by clicking anywhere on the earth. Also, the game changes my windows resolution, so i have to manually set it back to my LCDs native after each run. Whats goin on?

This is because the alpha is not done yet! None of the menus work, so essientially, you have a glorified globe on your computer. This will change soon though. And about your resolution, ask red knight or one of the programmers.
I'm only partially inactive. :P I can still be reached at cpl.facehugger@gmail.com, and via PM. Preferably the former.

I believe that the alpha not setting your desktop back to its default resolution is a minor bug that was still in alpha 3 when we released it. Some of the earlier alphas set the resolution back to the default.

Ok I figured as much, i just didn't relize thats all there was to it. Looks pretty damn cool so far, but it'd be nice if it could run at 1280x1024 bc thats my LCD's native resolution. Good luck gettin it all done.

I think different resolutions will be supported eventually but there are things more important that require work at the mo.
