What I thought that I take real role of defending of the city and it's citizens. Xcom news flash will tell you about events and all comments and helpful hints are warmly welcomed. Many advices have been helpful so give them in the future too. What Xcom can't take now is ingnoring of the citiznes and corporations even if they don't care.
