The attached ZIP file contains all the sounds (91 in total) from the 'SAMPLEx.cat' files in the 'SOUNDS' dir, converted to MP3.

I don't know if this has been done before, but if it hasn't, then I hope you all enjoy!

No, but everything can be downloaded from StrategyCore's X-COM Media section. :wink1:

It just seems what audacity can't load the x-com .midi's right. :(

If someone was able to identify each sound, it would be nice to include a readme file listing them. I haven't played the game in that long, I don't really remember what half of them are from :P

The Wiki lists the Battlescape sounds, but lacks the other ones. I suppose that's a start at least. :)
