The game looks great, and I had no trouble giving the demo a try. Is there going to be deformable terrain in the final version? I think that feature is one of the most important parts of the battlescape. The ability to lob an alien grenade into a dark ally and destroy the walls\enemies\civilians was awesome. I don't think the game would be the same without it. I know deformable terrain can be hard to implement, even half-life 2 does not have it. But the original xcom had it and it worked very well. Please respond.

If original had it then most probably we'll implement something like that also. You can look at Silent Storm for example how could destroyable battlescape environment look like. Althou we haven't started working on battlescape yet.
