I use an xcom editor (UFOSAVED.zip) and I love it!
I love the GUI based controls, very visual

I agree, it's a great overall program. In fact, it's the first editor I personally uploaded at the StrategyCore files section. This probably sounds like a broken record, but do check out the X-COM editors section at StrategyCore. You are bound to find some great stuff there.

It is the only editor I use for XCOM1 .. Only problem I have is sometimes I edit stores and it doesnt reflect it - Apart from that it is IMHO the best editor out there. Never received an error!!
