j'ordos
go to the options screen in the battlescape (button with the question mark), there you can alter 'scroll speed'.
Guest Blue
I have done that ofcourse, but when I scroll the mouse seems to be stuck in the edge of the screen...
Guest Super Bart
It sounds like you need the turbo program: here I have an Athlon XP 2400 overclocked at 2.2ghz and the scrolling was uber fast in tftd untill I used this. Tftd I think was ment for a 400mhz CPU.

When interceptor reaches the ufo, it takes 3-5 seconds to load the battlescreen where you decide how to drop the ufo. And in battlescape, backround music is on loop for about 1 minute. Every time the music starts again, game stops for 3-5 seconds.. U don't have these problems?

I have played it on either a 386sx @25 MHz or a 486dx @ 80 MHz (I can't remember which one we had at the time), and it worked extremely well on normal speed settings I can play it now without turbo on a 2000 and a 1700 t-bred @2000 Mhz, it's a little fast with the scroll speed set to one but still managable, though I've noticed several people having trouble with a (even slightly) faster CPU... Maybe you should not overclock your CPU and everything will work fine?

As for the Music I caun't really coment on that because it does'nt seem to work for me, just the sound effects. I set Turbo to 30 and it slows tftd to a playable speed but not how it would have been origionaly. I have the Playstation version aswell but find it better on the PC.
