Xcomutil Bugged?

when i try to do any commands all i get is errors.

i unpacked xcomutil in my game folder.

also when i run XcuSetup.bat it wont let me press "y" to change settings.

anyone have any clue what im doing wrong?

It's not XComUtil's fault. It's windows' cmd.exe that likes to make problems.

When I encounter this problem I use dosbox (or second pc which has dos).
