Brick-To-Face Posted May 8, 2006 Report Share Posted May 8, 2006 Ok, I have a DSL connection, that gives me a different IP on every connection. I used to have to have each box connect seperately, but recently I got a router, so all the boxes can be on a LAN. The problem is that the router reconnects once in a while. I think this is the cause I keep disconnecting in mid-game. Anyone got a solution? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Oldtype Posted May 8, 2006 Report Share Posted May 8, 2006 (edited) Should not happen while you play, unless the router is broken somehow or your ISP is not so nice.Try if a manual reconnect before you play helps. And while there still is traffic the router should stay connected, unless your ISP disconnects you wich should not happen too often.So either the router does not work as it should or your ISP.
