After trying a few times, reinstalling the editor, installing the microsoft .net thingie, then the other version of that thingie the map editor still won't cooperate.
When I try to start it, I get yon standard windows error report "...has encountered a problem and needs to close. Do you wish to send a report?" The report of course contains only (to me) gibberish.

I've used the program on this pc in the past. On windows xp. I've read online that it's probably due to service pack 2. But I was under the impression others got it to work with the microsoft .net thingie. Or am I wrong?
