I saw the post with all the msn addresses. Would it not be easier to make a channel on a irc server? im on the Ethereal servers atm. Dilli
quakenet is a modern and stable network... it'd be fine to arrange matches there (I already do that with a friend, then he just hosts and I connect to his ip address)
irc.quakenet.org is the master server that redirects to a server closest to you, so you can just type
/server irc.quakenet.org and you're set.
#ufo2000 ?

we managed to get enough people so we could register a steady channel. I'll try to keep a server running as well. The current IP will be listed in the topic, it shouldn't change often. I'll also post the main server.
if you're new to IRC get yourself a client From this list. Most common for Windows users is Mirc. But any will do.

Get on, people, so we can get more gaming! Actually it would help if the channel was mentioned on the frontpage at sourceforge, as this forum is in such obscurity at the moment.
Btw, if you're using opera, I think it has an irc client.

Seconding this request. It would be very great to have this channel posted. It's been registered, it wont dissappear anytime soon. We're getting a few semi-regulars showing up and more are always welcome.
