I played around with it once and I got the same error but when it was the right one it worked again. If you go into the UFO config. file I think the server info is towards the bottom. Check it out. HaJo Posted September 18, 2004 Report Share Posted September 18, 2004 hey im new to this game can anyone give me any pointers to help me out in the game For a dryrun:* Start Hotseat* Select Map (e.g. City, 4*4, NEW)* Edit Soldiers (Ctrl-Click on any name)* Give them weapons from the armory at the bottom of the screen* Put Soldiers on map (Click to place, right-click to remove), only at the left side of the map* Press Send, then Startnow do the same for the other team (on the right side)then play both teams to see how it works. In your UFO2000 folder (or your beta folder, whichever) there is a file called ufo2000 and under the name it says configuration settings. Make sure it is not the file that says ufo2000.config.
