Zarkov1988
Hi there, I recently got my x-com rush, a bi-annual occurrence where playing x-com is more important than sleep, food, girlfriend. What got me really excited this time was that I ran into an x-com collectors edition on eBay. I placed a bit and got it for a reasonable price. Well today the game arrived in the mail and I think it might be a copy. Now my question to you guys/girls what does you're Hasbro interactive x-com ufo collectors edition feel like. (do they feel a bit papery? or more like the regular cd's?) Normally I'd say copy but Hasbro has put out some substandard cd's in the past. [dipstick]
I believe that XCOM (all versions) was made by Microprose? It only became Hasbro after several takeovers/mergers/companies moving around a bit....
Zarkov1988
Yeah I know, microprose made the original games. After microprose went belly up. Hasbro bought the rights to x-com and brought out a collectors edition that was optimised for win95/98. The hasbro edition is the one that's now resting on my table.
