Erm

So how does the editor thingy work?

Can you edit which aliens you come across? Just love to come across the good old cysralid and snakes. ^_^

OK.... Could you be more specific?
What editor do you mean? (so I can move this to a more fitting forum, and -perhaps- even help you out here ^_^ )

well, xcomutil allows you to change alien races in combat, just extract it to your xcom1/2 directory, run xcusetup, run xcom through runxcom(W).bat. Once in combat save game, and read xcomutil.txt how to do it :)
