Hyper_Barret Posted July 7, 2006 Report Share Posted July 7, 2006 I don't know what those giant metallic things are on the floor of some USO recovery missions - they have like cabins around the map with stairs in them. Well has anyone ever shot one while standing on it - because they explode and I just wondered what they were and why they blow up if a shot hits one. The things that explode on the platform are supposed to be oil wells I think, given the amount of pollution they give off when hit by gunfire. Yes those are the ones, I spent ages trying to figure out what happened - thought it was a Disruptor shot because the blast radius was too big for a pulser.
