I'm not sure, but maybe it will be useful for some programmers. Sorry if this is already known.

I did not know that, but it is really good thing: MSDev's C++ compiler for free!

No IDE sucks, but still it is better than nothing. :)

Something is going on with M$! Have you heard that put one of their project on SourceForge?

EDIT: Ok you are forgiven it was pretty simple to find it in google... By the way it is the installer. Even if strategic or no: Say goodbye to InstallShield or similar who would ever pay now for that functionality?
