i have been thinking about this, a lot of people aren't members at strategy core, and i was wondering if we could somehow set them to be out "backup" forums in case xcomufo gets hacked again. That way we could set up a meeting over there, talk about whats going on, and then go home and be happy because we know what happened. I don't know how to try and get everyone to do that, but if we got all full project members and many recruits and such to sign up over there, i think that we would be a least a bit better off, having a beta site and everything :)

Measures are being taken to ensure that the server does not get hacked again. Additionally, a mirror to the forums are being setup so that in the event that the server does go down, the forums will still be accessible.

wow, you really do work hard...

but it is always good to have a "just in case" option
but it is good that precautions such as that are set up...

I am amazed at how much work you do

I am sure we could add a "Xenocide Bunker" forum or something at StrategyCore if you wish, but it is up to you. Not a bad idea the other way around either, as quite a few people are registered both places.

I have no problem about it, however for the XCOMUFO site you have to talk with Stewart (it is off my limits).

Talking about something different, I will schedule Azrael and CTD to write what is needed for the Xenocide section in your site. What do you want to be written there?

Well, good question. A list of features, the story, FAQ, media, downloads and so on for instance. Up to them really. My thought was for it to be a small section introducing the project, so you get some more exposure and we can cover another upcoming X-COM inspired game. You can see the other projects section here (not linked to from the main site at the moment, will be soon).

Excellent! I also liked stewart's idea of an interview with you once we have the section up. We'll get back to it. Thanks!
