Annexed by the UK in 1857, they were transferred to the Australian Government in 1955. The population on the two inhabited islands is split between the mostly Europeans on West Island and the Malays on Home Island. Guest stewart
.mil is the US military wherever it may be. Sometimes they use .gov to seem less threattening or something
Guest [email protected]
I think .gov is just federal government agencies, like cia, whitehouse, congress, irs. LordT
Micah, i think I know the problem now...When you type your tables like this: <table><tr><td>blahar</td></tr></table> It automatically adds <br />:s for each linebreak you've done typing it. And <br />:s inbetween table elements is regarded as being outside (before), hence the huge whitespace. Edited July 13, 2003 by LordT

Zombie
Micah, i think I know the problem now...When you type your tables like this: blahar It automatically adds :s for each linebreak you've done typing it. And :s inbetween table elements is regarded as being outside (before), hence the huge whitespace. This is part of the problem. To get tables to look correctly, you must select "HTML - On Raw Linebreak Mode" from the post options, not "HTML On - Auto Linebreak Mode". This ignores the unintended linebreaks in the HTML code. Suppose you could delete the linebreaks and make it a gigantic run-on table, but that is hard to read. The tables are fixed now, not that it matters anymore. - Zombie
