And thats why I don't use XCU .... okay, so I would if it'd stop crashing everytime I load on battlescape

 

and whats so bad about that placement? It takes 3-30 heavy plasma shells to burn through 2 tiles of wall, not more :x

One cause of that is fixable. As documented elsewhere, go through RunXComW.bat and put in

/y

options at all

xcopy

invocations.

 

This forces not waiting for manual input, as opposed to leaving it up to the whim of Windows.

That picture, as odd as it is for this old game, does give the imagination something to work with on the idea of your ships getting crashed for a change
