The game will obviously not run on any of the Win2k or XP rigs I have operating. Is there a way to play these DOS-based games on newer operating systems, or are there new versions of the games available reconfigured for new systems? Facehugger Posted January 20, 2004 Report Share Posted January 20, 2004 There are also the "collectors editions" which infrogrames put out awhile back, these run reasonably well in windows (if you are willing to suffer inferior alien death screams.) You can find them if you look around these forums hard enough. if you do get CE though, you will need f0dder's fix, or Xcomutil otherwise the graphics will most likely be all garbled.
