I use TFTD Extender. I have a empty Subpen in my base.
I just researched Leviathan, but when i go to manufacture it, i can't allocate technicians to build it. The "increase/decrease number of Technicians allocated" buttons are unclickable!
I had the same problem with Manta and Hammerhead but after letting 1 day pass i was able to manufacture them. Not the case with Leviathan. I let 15 days pass and the problem remains. I can manufacture all the other items but not the Leviathan. Prior to this, i was building gauss cannons for profit.
Has anyone encountered the same problem? Anyone has an idea how i can fix this?
