Guest Guest_James_* Posted June 25, 2006 Report Share Posted June 25, 2006 I followed the instructions on the well explained page detailing how to get apoc up and running, but I still get the original error of "cannot open L:xcom3/xcom3.cfg" I downloaded xcom from the web (had a problem with installing it from my CD, as it didnt register that my CD drive was compatible) and unzipped the xcom directory into a folder which, afterwards, i followed the directions and put in the crack, mouse fix, and VDM sound. I still get the xcom3.cfg error however. Any advice/ideas? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
j'ordos Posted June 25, 2006 Report Share Posted June 25, 2006 Check if you have a file called xcom3.cfg in your xcom apoc directory. If not, create one. I think you don't even have to put anything in it, just the file should do. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
