Extract the program to a directory and change these lines of the CWXCED.ini file:

[Files]
UFO_Path=c:\MPS\UFO            ; Home directory of X-COM:UFO
TFTD_Path=c:\MPS\TFTD          ; Home directory of X-COM:TFTD

to match the paths to each game. Then run xcomedit.exe to edit your UFO Defense saved games.

I tried that. I still can't get it to work. G. Christ, I really want it to work! Is there anything else you suggest?

Where is the game on your hard drive and exactly what path have you entered in the .ini?
