The Punisher is one of the coolest Marvel guys. He's not really a hero. His whole family got wiped out so he's decided to become Judge, Jury and Executioner of anybody that he think is guilty. I'm sure plenty of innocent people got executed by him too. Anyways the arcade version has a part where after you beat the bigboss he spills his guts and begs for mercy. ya shoot him in the stomach anyway.
