I'm not sure if there is really an entry to be hacked out. Using xcom2ufp doesn't reveal it. Might have to dive into the game files for this, but there are no guarantees.

I was wondering about the same thing.
Is there anything on that particular research item? Also, where can I find an ''Examination Room''? Apparently they are in hunter class subs, but I have both downed and boarded ones (that landed) and never recovered anything of the sort.

Both the ARZ and examination rooms are in the game files, but can't be acquired for some reason. If you use Xutil to add them to your stores, you can research them.
I think you can also get the research data on them via interrogating live aliens, but I don't know which ones.
