A working implementation of the battlescape control panel from Terror From The Deep. Does not use original data files, the graphics were ripped from in-game screenshots instead.
Just unpack it into the game directory and confirm overwrite of standard-icons.lua . Next time you start the game, the control panel will be replaced with the new one.

Note: This mod replaces the original standard-icons.lua. If you install it and later end up wanting to go back to the original control panel, the file standard-icons_original.rar contains a copy of the original LUA in case you haven't made a backup.

Also, with the updated version you just have to move the TFTD control panel bitmaps elsewhere to be able to use the standard panels again, with corresponding layouts.

SWEET!

Although the move up or move down button doesn't completely work. (You can only click on one half of it)

could you post a screen shot maybe we would like to see how it looks before taking the plunge.
Is not the size of the dog in the fight, is the size of the fight in the dog that matters.

Thanks for pointing this out. Was a typo in button dimensions (66 instead of 76).
Fixed it now - in attachment.

The newest version will automatically override the default and X-Com control panels, but if the game can't find the TFTD panel graphics it will default to the standard ones instead (exactly the same as without the mod). ^_^

Naturally :)
