bretty
I followedinstructions at http://www.ufopaedia.org/index.php?title=E...nknown_Extended but each time that I run UFOLoader.exe this crash happens: XCOM Crashed at 0x46ACD4 with error 0xC0000005 trying to access 0x000000. Windows 7 64-bit, Radeon card, normal hardware config. I have tried compatibility modes and administrator mode and those do not seem to help. Like I said, I followed the instructions exactly on that webpage.

j'ordos
Could you try it without copying the modded UFO defense exe from the voice patch?
yarrow
0xC0000005 is a null pointer assignment error ( programmers know what it means ) so .... your error suggests, that your loader cannot find somethingmaybe .mp3 music? remember, that some programms running in the backgroundcan lock your sound card for their exclusive use 'Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package' can screw things too under vista yarrow
Blackstar
I had the same problem. Installing the Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package fixed it for me.
