Serge
It's a problem related to DUMB library which was initially used for music playback in UFO2000. DUMB version which we have been using suffers from a security vulnerability (an audio file modified in a special way can theoretically trigger arbitrary code execution when the game tries to play it). Upgrading to a newer fixed version is not easy because they changed API, so this library has been just disabled. It is not a good state of things for sure and we will try to add music support back.
