Whattup Mac users,

I really hope some of you have your X-Com (DOS, not CE) (Unpatched) exe's to work on your Apple machine because i'm runnin out of options on mine.

Seems to me, my problem could be coming from the Dual-core (dynamic core?) but i've mashed out the DOSBOX preference file to the edge and I can't seem to get any options working.

DOSBOX works fine but the 'FULL.bat' and 'GO.COM' files mess up the run process. The window keeps switching from TACTICTAL to GEOSCAPE with barely any line of code (sometimes graphic garbage on diff cpu cycles)

It might be a bad copy of X-Com: Enemy Unknown, but I got it off *the internet* just like everyone else.
Updated DOSBOX to the Universal Binary version to .65 and that actually works ok.

I'm gonna post my DOSBOX Preference file (the one that goes to '/Library/Preferences') to check out and the x-com directory to see if there are any abnormal files.

The 'Go.Com' run file looks like a piece of donkey crack so i'm not too sure whats goin on there.

I've tried all CPU cycles and I turned off XMS and EMS because it doesn't need it. Just look at my preference file and you'll know what I mean. That being said, because i'm really interested on how other Mac Users got their X-Com to work on their Apple machine, can you guys post your pref file too?

Thanks y'all.

# fullfixed -- Don't resize the screen when in fullscreen.
# fullresolution -- What resolution to use for fullscreen, use together with fullfixed.
# output -- What to use for output: surface, overlay.
# windowresolution -- Scale the window to this size IF the output device supports hardware scaling.
# autolock -- Mouse will automatically lock, if you click on the screen.
# sensitiviy -- Mouse sensitivity.

# Second entry behind the comma is for when dosbox is not focused/minimized.
# mapperfile -- File used to load/save the key/event mappings from.
# usescancodes -- Avoid usage of symkeys, might not work on all operating systems.
