Maverick8
I cheated in the destabiliser to check it out but it seams weak...\ In a COS raid the weapon seems to do no or little damage.. maybe the damage was taken out of this experimental weapon? Guest Azrael
I really don't know what weapon you're talking about, never heard of it
Zombie
That's because it is an unused feature of Apocalypse. The data is still there, but trying to hack it back into the game has been a real struggle so far. J'ordos, Kane99 and myself had a discussion on this at the StrategyCore forums recently. You can read about it here. :wink1: - Zombie
[NKF]
And also, it's weak because it does not do any physical damage. None at all. Instead, it does shield damage. Massive shield damage. Can we say 4 disrupter shields on the same unit destroyed with only a few direct hits? Yes we can! A great support weapon to have, but not that useful if you're trying to collect shields. Would've preferred this over the toxigun as X-Com's trump weapon, mind you. - NKF
Aiki-Knight
I think it's great that people are still finding ways to tweak the old game and give it new life. What else can be done? If only I were a great programmer!
