Of course I will try not to disrupt access while doing so but accidents happen and I do make mistakes. If your access changes over the next little while just let me know and I'll look into it.

Hey stewart-

Just noticed that all the non-Xenocide boards disappear after I log-in. That means any protected non-Xenocide forums are inaccessible to people. :)

I can see the Alien concept task force and xnet proof task force even when i'm not assigned to either of them, and i'm not a senior either.

I was going to post, but as I see it WAS you moving things around, then its ok :D I was able to see only one subforum at one point... :whatwhat:

Anyhow, in addition to this, a few days ago the entire site went offline? what went wrong?

The site did not go offline. Access got screwed up only for the people listed above. These particular people have special access to some special forums. In order to setup their access their accounts needed to be edited directly. Everyone else are members of particular site groups and have the access those groups have with no exceptions as the aforesaid folks do.

I change the paradimn used by this site with respect to the use of the access masks. The plan I used to propagated the changes cause no disruption to group access, but I just plain forgot about the folks with access acceptions.
