SND - USELESS - What With The Sounds?

Most people try to make music. Well, what about the SOUNDS??? Is the sound asset list up to date??? :Coffee:

If we find/make new ones, where should we upload them? :wacko:

You'd have to ask RavenSquad, since he is your senior, or maybe ATeX who is the only other member in SND.

Would the leaders be ok with using royalty-free stock sounds from an external website for some of the sounds in Xenocide? If so I'll be able to browse through them and try to find some that fit the asset list. Maybe we can at least use these for the more "boring" sounds like breaking glass and opening a door, ya know?

Yes, royalty-free is fine.

For things like breaking glass, use royalty free. For high sfx, I suggest we make them ourselves. I'll try to do some sounds in the near future :wink:
