Xed And Apocalypse (steam Version) In 64-bit Vista

(First, if this is totally in the wrong place, please move it so I know where to put it :P)

I really liked XED back in the day for messing around with things in Apoc's savegames. Like killing all the civilians in a battle to speed turns up. >.>

Of course 64-bit Vista doesn't let you execute 16-bit (DOS) code. I used dosbox to mount my apoc folder and run XED, but then XED complains about not being able to find the Apocalypse files (and it's sitting in the XCOMA directory). Anyone have any ideas?

I'm using the Steam version of Apocalypse so it's all tuned up and actually works reliably (unlike my now-missing CD-ROM version).
