Here I come, wasting your time with more-or-less pointless story. Read if you care...

It was jet another meaningless day in the "traingin pit" as Thalos called it, jet another day of playing the pawn fot those weaklings. Another day of hate, recentment and the horrid feeling of helplessness and fear, but there was hope he and some of the other young ones would slip out of the barracks during the guard excange, and into the armoury. Then, then they would show the withered ones who truly is the pawn!

But little did know Thalos of a conversation far away on the other side of the complex. Black emotionless eyes stared into a shimmeding orb and a small whispering voice asked, "They are beginning to rebel, you are sure that freedom is wize?" From the shadows of the room thoughts flowed <Trust me, friend. Anger is what drives these... Beasts, forward. We must simply channel it correctly...> "What of the mutiny?" <We must only finish the production cycle of the rebellig units.> "They will not rebel again?" <Yes, they shall not rebel. Do they wish a demonstration?> "Yes."

Thalos had been gathering his hope and anger for the whole evening and proceeded now thorwards the barracks head held high. There was something else on his mind, his bride to be, should the mutiny succeed. He entered the barracks and greeted his fellow mutineers, his troops. Then suddenly the doors to the barracks hissed and became airproof. On this moment panic enveloped the weaker occupants. Then the the room was filled with poisonous gas and the last thought in Thalos's mind was; they know!

But Thalos was still alive, why, how? Then the terrible realisation dawned. They had not intended to kill him, atleast not jet. Then he saw it, the hideous creature, half organism, half machine, the cruesome surgeon.

"Will the unit survive?" <He shall, we have already mastered the operation. No more disfunctional abominations of the past. Only functional abominations.> The cloaked figure in the shadows of the room eminated amusement and it's eyes glowed with malicious joy of a completed plan. <The operation does however hinder the units independent thought. This will be compensated by increasing production.> "What of the females?" <They are too weak physically to endure the operation. They shall be converted into nourishment.>

Blood, pain, misery, humiliation. Those things Thalos experienced. I am Thalos, I am humiliated. <Wrong.> Then who am I? What am I? <You are Leader023. You are loyal.> Yes. I am Leader023. I am loyal. <You shall fight.> Yes. I shall fight. I shall fight, and taste the flesh of Man!

Edit: made a few changes, to make it more readable...
