The site will be known as Ufo2k Outpost. It is a fan site of the turn based tactical squad simulation multiplayer game, UFO2000. UFO2000 is not responsible for Ufo2k Outpost's content as a fan site. Ufo2k Outpost's goal is to render useful information and content for the average UFO2000 player's enjoyment. Ufo2k Outpost will include UFO2000 game add-ons, such as custom map packages, weapon sets, soldier units, and other miscellaneous material, to give the user a variated game experience. Ufo2k Outpost will also record and host UFO2000 tournaments. Players need a place to display their glory as a strategy champion, and Ufo2k Outpost is providing this.Ufo2k Outpost If you are an add-ons author of any content on my site, please contact me via PM to know if updates occur, or if you ever would simply want to have anything removed. If not PM, you can tell me in this thread and I will get to it as soon as I am able. I plan to host UFO2000 tournaments with my site, and they will be recorded as they are completed. I have already recorded past tournaments for your pleasure. Intri Posted September 9, 2007 Report Share Posted September 9, 2007 (edited) I've read about couple add-ons to this game on forum but there wasn't one place (maybe i'm wrong) where they would be stored and downloaded from until now - I think idea of placing them at one place is great . Edit: I think there should be connection between ufo2000.sf.net site and this Outpost (but maybe have to see if this site would stay for long time firstly). I'd suggest bumping the font size up a few pts too, so that it isn't tiny for people with large resolutions, but isn't lolhuge for people with low resolutions.
