Guest stewart
Hey Micah do you have access to the code for the forum. If you can in the time filter can you change "The last 5 days" to "The last 36 (or 48) Hours". That would be more useful, I think. Or maybe change "Today" to "The last 24 Hours" and "The last five days" to "The last 3 days" (for catching up on Monday).
gangsta
:: If he doesn't he might consider using phpBB instead. It's open source so it comes with the PHP source files.
Guest [email protected]
If I want to customize the board in any way other than the few things I've mentioned before, I have to pay $100 for lifetime access to it. It's been a pretty nice and efficient board for me, so I'll probably stick with it for now, but I don't have $100 lying around at the moment. gangsta
PHP is just a scripting language like perl. Comes with linux. There is alsos PHP3 now. I guess you still can make commercial products with PHP but I guess everybody can see your source.
Guest stewart
I think they're up to PHP4.
gangsta
I think they're up to PHP4.might be. I just know that they end in diffrent filenames like .php or .php3. Perhaps at point of php3 it isn't backwards compatible and thus you have the extension change? you don't see that will perl they all en in .pl
