Only played a few games and already cant wait to play again.
Dont wanna knock LSNemesis but it just feels wrong. Same goes for aftermath. And to be honest while i loved apocalypse the real time bits did not work for me.
Not wanting to sound miserable and I love new bells and whistles but if its not broke dont fix it.
Reminds me of that rush when I was a kid playing laser squad against my friend.

I tried to port some games to linux, because I love the way, that linux goes. OpenSource is a great chance to learn things, that were so heavy in the early days. It's so easy now, to see code and increase my experience.
But I have to learn so much too, and I'll take this chance, to do it. Logical things are the base of all and programming is logical.

I loves the game too. Most of my projects have fallen to peices over time. Projects ive started for ufo2k have continued happily however. And joint projects have just flown.

Same here!
Or maybe we've grown up and now we got to cling on our little projects to forget we're getting old.

Agreed to be one of greatest strategy games ever made. I recently got it to run again using "DOS-Box" and was playing it for the next 2 days.
