I like the first and the last one, but the rest seem wrong to me. But as i've said before, it's hard to judge so short sounds.

Even if we have multiple of them Raven Squad will put them in the library of sounds because it may be useful. Better to have multiple of them and select the best than a suboptimal one.

They're for whatever those in charge feel they're best suited for.

 

Personally, I think a few of them make good menu "bring up" and "take down" sounds.

 

Also, you could maybe use multiple sounds for the same action...

 

And I wasn't trying to upstage Atex or anything. I was just playing around with different effects on audacity and in the process created some interesting sounds.

Thats fine with me man. Actually I like them a lot and think that they will fit well.

 

Your efforts are also highly appreciated as well because creating sound effects is not the most terribly exciting thing to do I'm sure, but its an important job (because bad SFX can ruin a good game). So keep it up :D
