Serge
As a new year present to all current and future X-COM fans, I have added a possibility to play ufo2000 with data files from X-COM demo which are freely available to everyone! Go to http://ufo2000.sourceforge.net and get more information. Happy New Year!
HaJo
When using the files from xcom-demo, the muton and sectoid skins dont show up most of the time, e.g. they are shown as X-Com armor.Only when kneeling. the green/grey legs are visible, and when dead, the correct corpses are shown. Maybe this is a bug ?

Maybe this is a bug ? Data files from x-com demo just do not have images for sectoids and mutons (and for unarmoured humans too) The only way to workaround this problem was to use available skins (human in personal armour) to display such units. Maybe we can consider it a bug, but nothing can be done to fix this, so that's another reason to use full version of x-com
