Has anyone seen this yet? It chashes on all 5 of my PDAs as it is still in beta anyway. It's suppoesed to be an RPG using xcom graphics, can't tell much more beyond that. Maybe one of our Russian-speaking members can help.

edit: as far as i can figure it out, it's like in UFO2000 as you get to play set missions with an alien / x-com team made by you, against the other team. meh.

I haven't read the English site but the Russian one says the program is only for the Pocket PC. Maybe that's why it crashes on your Palms?

I know there's a full XCOM game for the pocket PC, but I've yet to find one for my Palm... [sigh] I needed an upgrade soon anyway

Umm.. where does it say it's only for the PPC? Do you see the big "Palm" logo on the site? The program definitely works on palms. Also, I got the latest version to run on one of my palms but you can't dom uch at the moment. I'm a muton running around killing other mutons with my laser rifle

Sorry, thought we were talking about the OTHER Russian X-COM port. Why there would be two Russians working on separate X-COM's is beyond me.

This game has finally come out as a full version in english and as freeware. I am having one problem with it though. The freeware version still has to have a registration code. I cannot find this anywhere on the internet. I was wondering if anyone has come across this? The freeware version can be downloaded at
