Just go to his office at the base, get his desk, and stick it at the back of the skyranger. He just has to be there for moral, even if he's just catching up on paperwork. When you got 256 counter shows -1 when 500 then -245 and go on. When their project is canceled they disappear and you have to buy new ones.
