T-1000 Posted September 13, 2007 Report Share Posted September 13, 2007 One of the unofficial features of Xcomutil is that if you use the SWP flag twice in a terror site, you gain control of all the Civilians. You can use them to scout or protect them, but the catch is that your soldier will lose morale if the civvies gets killed, making the game harder. You also lose more points if they are killed.
