Psi Lab

Ok, this may sound totally stupid, but I can't figure it out at all. I built 2 psi labs, I have never had psi before, so, that's why I am asking this. How do I put my soldiers into the psi lab to train. There doesn't seem to be an option for that anywhere that I can see. Thanks for the help.

Wait for the end of the month. You only get access to it at the end of every month.

Oh, ok thank you. Yeah it does suck, since my psi labs were just completed and it's the 7th of march. , have to wait almost a whole month.

Unfortunately it also means waiting another month before you see any results - so don't get the students killed in the mean time.

 

Once you do get a bit of psi skill, you can bypass the training in the lab by just using your psi amp. A lot. Even failures count as successes with the psi-amp, so you can't go wrong even if your chance of succeeding is very low.

Yes, I understand NKF. Hehe, I am hurting on the latest terror missions. I had to do the first one several times to catch my sectoid leader. Only reason I reloaded like 7 times is because I kept losing my entire squad to them. Kind of hard to grab that leader when all your agents are using stun rods, and half of them are panicking and going berserk, etc... Anyway I finally got him, I lost 6 of my 8 agents on the squad, but was willing to sacrifice them for a greater good. Haha, out of those 6 there were 2 captains, 3 sergeants, and a rookie. Now, I am eagerly awaiting being able to find out my soldiers psi strengths. Since the soldiers I have identified as psi weak are marked as Sponge on their names. However, I like to take at least 2 of my "sponges" on missions with psi capable aliens, but it seems when I do, they choose someone else to mess with, so, I mark those people when I get back and the cycle continues. By the way, all the guys I have identified as psi weak are 2 captains, a colonel, and a sergeant... sigh. I named my rookies that have all bad stats, Trash. But, my trash soldiers are starting to get promoted like crazy since all my rank keep getting MCed and panicked every time. The trash soldiers are the ones that do all the work. Hehe, guess they aren't as much trash as at first glance. Well, thanks for the help, off to kill some aliens.
