Pckview And Multi Image Pcks

When I open multi image PCK files with pckview I get a dialog that prompts for a list selection of verious kind of files and then to select a width and height, then buttons try and save profile.

 

I've tried some combos so far but no success.

 

Anyone can point me to instructions?,

 

 

P.S. - On other notes, Daishiva's page seems to be down so can't access it or see if XCView is different than PCKview.
