Talon81
Hi, I just finished creating this mod, and thought I would share it with the community that I have taken so much from. If you like it, please let me know. I am rather meticulous, so if you like MMA (UFC, etc), I am sure you will like this. Abbreviated DescriptionA collection of the great (and not so great) current and past mixed martial arts fighters that have made a name for themselves over the past 17 years. Androids and hybrids are identifiable by their respective matching backgrounds and (optional) organization logos, as well as common themes in the pictures. There are not many females that people would be familiar with, so I included only a few of the most famous ones. If your male fighter occasionally screams like a girl, sorry. The sex attributed to each slot cannot be changed, and unless you want 35 female fighters, you are out of luck. Includes easy renaming through XED.The Patchmaker zip file is a help file for creating your own patch/images.MMA2010_v3.0.zipPatchmaker_v2.0.zip Edited January 10, 2010 by Talon81
Talon81
It has come to my attention that I should probably post some preview pictures, so here are a few examples:Royce Gracie, BJ Penn, Kazushi Sakuraba and Kimbo Slice; hybrids Andrei Arlovski, Tim Sylvia and Wanderlei Silva; and android Brock Lesnar http://i957.photobucket.com/albums/ae51/Talon81/21.jpghttp://i957.photobucket.com/albums/ae51/Talon81/44.jpghttp://i957.photobucket.com/albums/ae51/Talon81/50.jpghttp://i957.photobucket.com/albums/ae51/Talon81/15.jpghttp://i957.photobucket.com/albums/ae51/Talon81/31.jpghttp://i957.photobucket.com/albums/ae51/Talon81/69.jpghttp://i957.photobucket.com/albums/ae51/Talon81/68.jpghttp://i957.photobucket.com/albums/ae51/Talon81/71.jpg Edited January 10, 2010 by Talon81

Talon81
OK, looks like I have found a problem. I had noticed garbled graphics on the pictures in one section of XED, and did not know why, since it did not show garbled elsewhere in XED, or in game. I am not yet sure why, but the pictures are showing garbled in the cityscape. Both the small (icons) and large (photos) pictures show fine in the base and buildings section of the game, though. I'll see if I can figure out the problem.
Talon81
Problem fixed. While I was at it, I made lots of changes. A few of the pictures have been changed entirely and they are ALL much better looking now. While the icons have to be grayscale, the photos are now in color. Since nobody else has done that before, I included a set of grayscale photos just in case someone experiences a problem. I reformatted the readme so that it should be more legible in all viewers. I have also made a more accurate and detailed help for creating your own patch, so in the process I seperated it into a different .zip file. These changes are reflected in my original post. Talon81
Another major update. There were still some bugs to work out (these pictures have to filter through 3 palettes, and change at night!), but I believe everything is worked out. No major improvements, aside from the bug fixes, but there were some other minor changes.
