Guest drewid
Just wondering which one people thought played well. Quite often in a big company you can get cut off from feedback which is useful for honing your designing skills.
Guest Xcomunicate
Email Excom is alive and well, running without a server! :happybanana: :happybanana: :happybanana: Provided you have a disk ( or access to the files )... AND (TSX) Tankmans Serverless Xcom patch you can play in a couple of tournaments that are currently running! Pick up the files you need from here: http://www.x-com.co.uk/downloads/pafiledb....n=category&id=6 Then Head over to http://www.shytejobs.com/cex Where you can sign on for the Tourney! See you on the Battle field! Xcomunicate

Ufo Fighter
There is one way to use the original fairly easily without any extra programs and stuff. Start as normal, make the move. Press ok. When the program gets to the "sending email" stage, leave the program and look in the install folder. In that folder there is a directory called "temp" and in that folder is a file called something like "p1_trn1.xem" - this is the encoded move!Copy it out of the folder (so it doesn't get deleted when the program stops)and then you can mail it manually to your opponent using your regular email program.(and just quit the game) When your opponent gets the move file he can just drag it onto the Email-X-COM.exe program and it will execute it. He then does his move and fishes the turn file out in the same manner.
