Easter eggs that have been mentioned:
Santa/North Pole mission.
Paintball tank
Rare easteregg weapons hidden in battleview maps.

Cheats are not only useful if you're pissed and getting severely massacred by aliens, but also very usefull for testing things and debugging for a programmer. Original cheats can also be fun.
Cheats are activated by holding down ALT and typing: allyourbasearebelongtoxcorps
To use each cheat you would hold down ALT and type in the cheat.

Toggle all x-corps troops invulnerable: iddqd
Everything researched: omniscient
Force Secret Santa Mission (even if it's not Dec 25th game time.): reindeer
Win current battleview mission: thereisnocowlevel
Get 1 paintball tank in selected base's stores: paintballsareus
Crashland all UFOs: getdownfromthere
Make new UFO (opens up a dialog where you select race and UFO type and mission and target, then it appears on geoscape in a random position within your radar range): blacktriangle
Reset all funding back to the starting amounts: abortretryfail
Toggle infinite money: iambillgates
Toggle infinite TUs for x-corps: playersonly
Toggle walk through walls: idclip
Toggle one shot one kill mode: die
Toggle walls/scenery/terrain explodes when takes damage: unstable
Toggle low gravity (affects grenades/falling damage/damage from falling ceilings):
moonwalk
Toggle projectiles bounce three times before stopping: rubberbullets
Toggle projectiles ignore walls/scenery collision: ghostshots
Toggle AI (doesn't affect reaction fire though): urstoopid
Toggle everything can fly (like floaters/flying suits): levitation
Toggle three projectiles per shot: tripleshot
Switch to sides (cycles X-Corps, Alien, and Civies) in battleview: turncoat
Lose battleview mission: giveup
Toggle decreased damage (MANY shots to kill humans and aliens): nerf
Show all map: icanseeyou
Destroy all scenery/walls (keeps terrain and people/aliens only): nocover
Toggle night/day in battlescape (doesn't affect geoscape): sunsong
Alien stats are best stats of Morlocks and Cloaks: gameoverman
Kill all terror units: nomorefear
Toggle Psi: mindgames
Explode selected unit, blasterbomb-style: boom
Explode all cars: bangbangbang
Toggle X-corps infinite ammo: bottomlessdrinks

Rather nice, but i don't think infinite Tu's should be implemented. Maybe all movement takes no TU's, or firing takes no TUs, but yeah

do you have an Infinite firing accuracy one? Like make your firing accuracy equivalent to 1000?

okay, fine

i oh well, i just have a certain "honor circuit" that tells me that that cheat is totally wrong. Oh well. I just thought of some others, let me think of them again...

Enemies explode when shot: baloon head
Enemies have unlimited grenades:boomtown
Civilians throw grenades:
all equipment explodes when thrown: explosive mode
all equipment replaced with random grenades:
all shots explode when they hit anything:

I hadn't thought of the fact that aliens still wouldn't show up with "show all map" so yes "runbutcanthide" would work.
Also, there already is a switch sides one listed ("turncoat").

make 1 random country sign pact - traitor

make 1 random country that have signed pact revert - backagain

all battleships turn into small scouts - minime

make aliens attack one of your bases - searchanddestroy

all your craft can take on the mars mission - ionengine

lose the battle (return all live soldiers) - admitdefeat

can build bases / crash ufos on water (random battlescape type) - aquabilities

Toggle fast manufacturing/research: operationcwal

Make all MP cost 1 TU per square: marionjones
Reduce reactions/TU by half, double bravery: cheechandchong
Activate secret Chanukah mission(during Chanukah only): menorah
Make Hooligans terror mission appear(you have to fight angry soccer hooligans after a game): hooligans
Make whole map covered by smoke: upinsmoke

generate mission in Silicon Valley using Cyberdyne map: cyberdyne
generate mission with aliens as terminators: skynet
typed in soldier's name, gives +20 to all stats: Paul Denton
typed in soldier's name, gives +40 to all stats: JC Denton
gives sodliers super-long hair and leather clothes: gunsandroses
turns skyranger into Airwolf: urtv
in battlescape, plays A-Team theme music and Mr. T quotes: ipitythefool

after you finish the game you can unlock the Xenostrike mission type in future games, this is essentially Counterstrike™, but from the turn-based overhead perspective. LImited number of turns per round: l33t

Make all civilians run away from aliens on sight, as fast as possible, also gives infinite energy to civilians - makelikevanhalenandsplit

Make all aliens run away from you when seen - makelikeatreeandleaf

Make all civilians hide behind your soldiers - mymenaremeatshields

Scared/Panicked High-Ranking Officers run behind lower ranking troops - wheresmymeatshield

Civilian aircraft are picked up on radar - if you have a radar near the gulf of mexico and you use this cheat, they'll start disappearing near there; bermudatriangle
