  1. Good to hear even small things. Just registered r/ufo2000 on reddit because it hadn't been taken. If anybody wants it, i'll give them admin over it. Perhaps if I make it look good, people might want to subscribe? who knows?

  3. ah thanks it does work. i tried it with the tileset editor too. it works, but has this error: "Cannot set option : Die_MCD value (256) outside boundaries (1 - 209)"

  5. The changes you've made are a great improvement over the previous versions. look far more fitting. (especially the disk graphics, the old versions looked too chunky and cartoonish), the only (little) problem with updated version is the meson knife and that it looks far too similar to the plasma knife. this isnt really a problem and is dwarfed by the awesomness of the rest of the set. but all in all great job
  6. though Iknow how to make them andhave done, im not sure what the best way to make sure the sprites are in the right places (ie hand on trigger)without having to test in-game. if there is a better way such as a template, that'd be great and things would speed up loads for me thanks.

  9. yeah i agree too. well, this could be easily fixed by enforcing it in the rules. also being able to save rule variants would be good. If you have ever played halo custom games you will know what i mean. in fact, if we could learn from halo's rule setups and stuff like that in general, i can see stuff improving.
  10. Ahh. Ok Geoscape, got some crazy ideas for this. and a different lobby where you can actually move your character around with unlimited TUs. these ideas can be (mesily) found here
  11. can somebody put together a list of what needs doing to be fixed/added to ufo2k? I know theres all the stuff on mantis, but its not clearly ordered. just a simple plan of action would be nice if anyone wants to do it?
  12. Oh sorry i meant just goes slowly, (i think its just the computer that i used it on was slow) Right now, using on usb and it works fine. sorry for being confusing about it .
  13. Hey Kratos , Nice to hear you're back. I have a couple questions. 1) whats your character's name? EDIT. oh its Azrael. 2)can i see a preview of this game your working on? do you have a site? it looks like NES. I like NES( but mine broke ) at least there are emulators anyway good stuff also im working on a few things myself I'll keep you and everyone informed on how i'm doing. EDIT: oh just looked on your DA. answered my own question
  14. oh ok Yes i get it now, i just assumed ufo2k might have other settings files, as when i try to use it from usb it seems to go wrong.
