  1. Oooo, biodrones in closets, a classic
  2. Still, I think the most important thing right now is to know whether or not it is a joke...
  3. Ahhhh, Smiley Spam... I know Blehm would have a heart attack just seeing half this page
  4. Hey!! Stop it people, we need to know what's going on, seriously, and PLEASE not on April 1st...
  5. *might* is the keyword here... Sometimes those bloody walls are tough to break through... Esp if you don't have much amno left...
  6. Hmmm... Yeah, Mutons can be tough (esp. on Superhuman), but they're not that hard either, especially since they become meaningless once you have Psi...
  7. Hmmmh... Yeah, that might do the trick ::
  8. As I said, it can easily get out of the scope... or teh feasability of Xenocide...
  9. That's what I meant. Besides, once you get HWDs up and running, discovering where is the UFO going is a moot point Once the target slowed down, the interceptor can take on anything by itself, except a battleship, where you'd need 3 interceptors, but then they'd have a 50% chance of survival... The skyranger is the only thing you have to carry troops until you get an Avenger, but itcan be usefull to keep one around, to train rookies on easier missions... Too many Avengers can quickly gulp down on the Elirium reserves, so I prefer to have only 2, fully loaded with soldiers/Hwps.
  10. About the same for me... Though I often don't lose a single guy now, even in superhuman... Just gotta be carefull (Psi at end of next month :happybanana: )
  11. True, but if you evacuate a few million people, they'll notice... Of course, it's much less of a problem in antartica... (poor penguins) or the north pole (poor polar bears)
  12. PLEASE... Allow any and all suits that "fly" be available to fly underwater... It's SO completely ridiculous... It's FAR easier to make something "fly" underwater, where it's actually HARD to make a suit that makes it possible to walk... much simpler to let it float and add tiny propellers for propulsion... or water jets... And PLEASE no grenades underwater... you can drop all the explosives you want (and they'll have more effect on pressurised equipment/organisms), but you *can't* throw them...
  13. Interceptor is the best all-around, because it's elirium-free. On the other hand, it's slow and fragile, so use them on anything but battleships once you have better. Keeping 4-6 of those is always good (as long as youcan afford them) Firestorm is ok elirium-wise, but not tough enough for solo battleships. It lacks range, but it's good to have 2-3 of those. (plus they don't cost money to maintain) Lightning is a waste of time and money Avenger is the ultimate weapon, but it gulps elirium fast... But it's the toughest and fastest around... have 2-3 of those is always good... Dual plasma is without doubt (IMHO) the best and only weapon to use after Avalanches are ditched... They only cost Elirium in BUILDING them, after that it's free... Their damage is slower than fusion ball, but at tleast you don't have to manufacture each and every frigging one of the damn things... They can take down anyhing.
